Hyresavisering för maj månad

Hyresförhandlingarna är ännu inte klara vilket gör att aviseringen ser lite annorlunda ut för maj månad.

Utskick av hyresavier sker normalt kvartalsvis, men denna månad aviseras endast maj i väntan på att hyresförhandlingarna ska bli klara. Detta för att undvika att den retroaktiva delen inte ska bli för stor för dig som hyresgäst. Hyreshöjning kommer att tas ut retroaktivt från februari.

Information about the rent notification

The rental negotiations are not yet complete, which means that the notifications look a little different for the month of May. Rental notices are normally sent quarterly, but this month only May is announced pending the rental negotiations being completed. This is to avoid that the retroactive part will not be too large for you as a tenant. Rent increase will be charged retroactively from February.
